お申込みの際に、以下の規約の全てに同意いただいたものと みなすことになりますので、必ず規約を熟読の上、お申込みください。

≪規約≫
①参加するに当たり、注意事項を厳守しインストラクター及びスタッフの指示に従う事を約束します。
②私は、健康であり、レッスンに堪えうる事を申告致します。
また、当日、発熱や風邪などの症状がある場合は来場を控えます。この場合も下記⑦項に従います。
③参加中に事故、盗難、怪我、その他のトラブルが発生し私が損害を被った場合、インストラクターおよびスタッフ、参加メンバーに対して何等かの請求もしくは要求は致しません。
④イベント当日中に撮影された写真や動画を 参加者の許可なく SNS等に使用しても何も問題ありません。
⑤イベント中（出演者登場以降、グループ写真撮影開始まで）の写真及び動画撮影、配信等の禁止を承知いたします。（フリー撮影会は除く）
⑥未成年者同伴の場合は、親権者であり保護者である私がその責を負うものとします。
⑦支払い後、自己都合によりキャンセルする場合、返金／振替は請求致しません。
⑧EVENTが天災や施設の都合、出演者の事故や 病気等でやむを得ず中止、変更になった場合の 振替や開催日変更は 主催者の指示に従います。

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

By submitting your application, you will be deemed to have agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

Terms & Conditions

1. I agree to strictly follow all precautions and to comply with the instructions given by the instructor and staff during the event.

2. I declare that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the lesson. If I have symptoms such as fever or a cold on the day of the event, I will refrain from attending. In such cases, I will follow the provisions stated in Clause 7 below.

3. In the event that an accident, theft, injury, or any other trouble occurs during participation and I suffer any loss or damage, I will not make any claims or demands against the instructor, staff, or other participants.

4. I understand and agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used on social media or other platforms without obtaining permission from participants.

5. I acknowledge that photography, video recording, or live streaming during the event (from the moment the performers appear until the start of the group photo session) is prohibited. This does not apply to designated free photo sessions.

6. If I attend with a minor, I acknowledge that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for them.

7. If I cancel due to personal reasons after payment has been made, I will not request a refund or transfer.

8. In the event that the event must be canceled or changed due to natural disasters, venue circumstances, accidents involving performers, illness, or other unavoidable reasons, I will follow the instructions of the organizer regarding rescheduling or changes to the event date.
