木々が葉を落とす秋、竹は青々と若葉を茂らせ「春」を迎える
竹林—たくさんの竹が並ぶ林のようでいて、実はひとつながりの生命体
古い竹は枯れ、また筍が育つ— 循環する生と死

市民団体「多摩緑地保全地区こもれびの会」の日々の手入れにより美しく息づく竹林を舞台に、2023年から続く『蠢 UGO』。
第3回となる今年は、普段は一般公開されていない竹林のより奥深くへと足を踏み入れ、光や風、揺らめく景色に包まれながら、音と身体、そして色が織りなすパフォーマンスをぜひご堪能ください。

UGO 2025—Dancing in a bamboo forest
❧･･━･･━･･━･･━･❦･━･･━･･━･･━･･☙

In autumn, as the trees shed their leaves, the bamboo welcomes spring. What may seem like an assemblage of individual plants is in fact a single organism, its web of rhizomes creeping through the soil while its lush, supple limbs reach for the sky.

For the third year in a row, a dance performance will be held in a bamboo forest in the northern reaches of Kawasaki city. Witness a dance performance unfold in this beautiful bamboo forest, which has grown to a magnificent scale thanks to the regular care of a local citizens' group, while immersing yourself in the scenery, as well as the play of light, sounds, and wind.
