● ライブ、チケットに関する注意事項
※入場はTIGETの整理番号順となります。
※本公演は再入場可能です。再入場の場合は必ず「TIGET電子チケット券面」もしくは「チケット半券」の提示が必須となります。ご提示がない場合はご入場いただけない場合がございますので、予め御了承くださいませ。また「TIGETの画面」をスクリーンショットの画像で他のお客様が使用するのは禁止でございます。不正が認められた場合は当該者の入場をお断りいたします。再入場の際も、検温とアルコール手消毒のご協力をお願い致します。
※荷物などでの場所取りや、仲間内での割り込み行為などは固くお断り致します。
※通路で大声で騒いだり、道に広がる等の行為は近隣の店舗のご迷惑となりますのでご遠慮ください。
※本公演は飲酒されている方のご入場はお断りいたします。
※モッシュ・ダイブ・リフト等の行為、危険かつ他のお客様への迷惑となります。これらを含め、アーティストのパフォーマンスに支障をきたす行為や他のお客様の観覧の妨げになる行為、アーティスト及び他のお客様へ危険が及ぶとみなされる行為が見られた場合会場よりご退場いただきます。その際のチケットの払い戻しは一切致しません。
※重複予約や転売、スクリーンショットでの横流しなど、主催者が不正と判断した方法での購入が発覚した場合、入場をお断りいたします。その際のチケット代の返金は致しません。
※BOT(ボット)などのツールを使用しての不正チケット購入を禁止しております。発覚した場合は、入場をお断りいたします。その際のチケット代の返金は致しません。
※お客様都合によるチケットの払い戻しは原則致しません、お間違いのないようにご注意下さい。
※新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大予防ガイドラインに従い、本お申し込みアンケートの「ご来場者の本名(氏名)・電話番号・住所」の記載は必須となります。個人情報の登録を拒否される場合、入場をお断りさせていただきます。その場合のチケットの払い戻しは致しません。

【イベントご観覧時の新型コロナウイルス感染拡大予防対策について】
①入場時に検温(37.5℃以上は入場不可)を実施し、上記のアンケート内に検温結果を記録いたします。公的機関より提出要望があった際のみご利用させて頂き、本公演終了後２週間後に破棄させて頂きます。これらを了承して頂けてない場合、入場をお断りさせて頂きます。マスクがない場合は受付にてご購入は可能となります。
②発熱、咳、下痢、だるさ、味覚・嗅覚障害、体調に異変のある方、 新型コロナウィルス感染症の陽性と判断された方との濃厚接触がある方、ご家族や身近な方の感染が疑われている方、過去14日以内に政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要とされている国・地域への渡航及び当該国・地域の在住者と濃厚接触がある方はご入場をお断りさせて頂きます。

【イベントご観覧注意事項】
※必ず一読頂き、ご了承頂いた旨で観覧チケットをお買い求め願います。
※お客様の体調不良を含めた御都合等によるチケットのキャンセル・払い戻し等はお受けできませんのでご了承下さい。
※出演者変更・キャンセル、またタイムテーブル変更に伴うチケットの払い戻しはございません。
※イベントの時間は変更になる場合がございます。
※3-4組の出演者が終了時に換気時間を設けさせて頂きます。
※最前管理・モッシュ・リフト・ダイブは禁止となります。
※シートや荷物、私物等での席取り等は全面的に禁止致します。移動時は荷物持参頂き、荷物のみを発見次第、即時撤去致します。また、撤去した物、及び放置されている物に関して盗難・破損など主催者・会場・出演者は一切の責任を負いません。
※チケットはご購入者本人のみの使用となります。
※会場内での飲食、喫煙は禁止となります。
※危険物や酒類の持ち込み、および飲酒後、酒気帯びでの当イベントへのご参加は禁止です
※ゴミは各自の責任で処理、またはお持ち帰り頂くようお願い致します。
※天候や災害、トラブルやアーティストの都合により予告無しでイベントの中止、会場・時間・内容等を変更する場合がありますので予めご了承下さい。
※警察・会場に苦情が寄せられた場合はイベントそのものを中止させて頂く可能性がありますので予めご了承下さい。
※徹夜や早朝からの座り込みや会場周辺での並び、待ち行為はご遠慮願います。
※入場時に安全面・防犯面・警備強化の為、お客様のお荷物検査・ボディチェックをさせて頂く場合がございます。
※お荷物、貴重品の管理はお客様ご自身で管理お願い致します。盗難の際、弊社は一切の責任を負いませんのでご了承下さい。会場ではお荷物のお預かりは一切致しません。また、会場内・外で生じた事故や破損等に関しても主催者・会場・出演者は一切の責任を負いません。
※イベント会場内では、係員の指示に従って頂きますようお願いします。
※会場までの交通費、宿泊費はお客様のご負担となります。万が一イベントが中止になった場合も同様となります。
※イベント中スタッフがお客さまの肩や腕に触れて誘導する場合があります。
※注意事項に反する行為が見受けられた場合、及び当日スタッフの指示に従って頂けない場合はイベントの中止またはイベント参加をお断りする場合があります。
※不正入場をされた方やそれに加担された方は厳正な対応をさせて頂きます。その際の返金などは一切応じられませんので予めご了承下さい。
※会場内でのトラブルや、お客様同士での怪我、破損時は、弊社は一切の責任を負いませんのでご了承下さい。
※スタッフの指示に応じて頂けない方のご入場はお断りする場合がございます。

【配信実施した場合】
無観客開催となった場合、別途オンライン配信鑑賞チケットをご購入ください。
配信視聴時ID、PASS、連携ログイン番号を忘れた、通信環境等の問題などお客様の都合による返金は対応いたしかねますので、ご注意ください。

[Measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection when viewing the event]
① Temperature measurement will be performed at the time of admission (no entry if 37.5 ° C or higher), and the temperature measurement results will be recorded in the above questionnaire. We will use it only when there is a request to submit it from a public institution, and we will destroy it two weeks after the end of this performance. If you do not accept these, we will refuse admission. If you do not have a mask, you can purchase one at the reception.
② Those who have fever, cough, diarrhea, sluggishness, taste/smell disorder, physical condition changes, those who have been in close contact with those who have been diagnosed as positive for the new coronavirus infection, those who have family members or close friends infected, those who are suspected of traveling to a country/region within the past 14 days that have been subject to entry restrictions by the government, require an observation period after entry, or have had close contact with a resident of that country/region, will be refused entry.

[Notes for viewing the event]
*Please be sure to read and agree to this before purchasing tickets.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds of tickets due to circumstances such as a customer's poor physical condition.
*Tickets will not be refunded due to performer changes, cancellations, or timetable changes.
*Event times are subject to change.
*There will be a ventilation time after 3-4 performers finish.
*Front management, moshing, lifting, diving,and shouting are prohibited.
*Reserving seats with personal items, etc. is strictly prohibited. When moving, please bring your personal items with you. Unattended items will be immediately removed. In addition, the organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for theft or damage of removed items or items left unattended.
*Tickets can only be used by the purchaser.
*Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the venue.
*It is prohibited to bring in dangerous goods or alcoholic beverages, or to participate in this event while under the influence of alcohol after drinking.
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the venue, time, content, etc. may be changed without prior notice due to weather, disasters, or the convenience of the artist.
*Please note that the event itself may be canceled if complaints are received from the police or the venue.
*Please refrain from sitting all night or early in the morning, queuing around the venue, or waiting. *In order to enhance safety, crime prevention, and security when entering the venue, we may conduct a baggage inspection and body check.
*Please manage your personal items and valuables by yourself. Please note that we do not take any responsibility in case of theft. We do not keep lost items at the venue. In addition, the organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or damage that occur inside or outside the venue.
*Please follow the instructions of the staff at the event venue.
*Customers are responsible for transportation and accommodation expenses to the venue. The same applies if the event is canceled.
*During the event, the staff may touch the customer's shoulder or arm to guide them.
*If we find any behavior contrary to the precautions, or if you do not follow the instructions of the staff on the day, we may cancel the event or refuse you to participate in the event.
*Strict action will be taken against those who enter the venue illegally or who are involved in it. Please note that no refunds will be given in that case.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles in the venue, including injuries or damages between customers.
*We may refuse admission to those who do not follow the staff's instructions.
*Please refrain from direct inquiries about the content of the event to the venue.
*If the organizer and staff determine that you have caused a nuisance, such as not following the above precautions or following the staff's instructions, you may be asked to leave regardless of whether the performance is in progress. Please note that no refunds will be given in that case.

[When distribution is implemented]
If an event is held without an audience, please purchase a separate online viewing ticket. Please note that we cannot issue refunds due to customer error such as forgetting ID, PASS, linked login number when watching the distribution, communication environment problems, etc.
